This large herbivore inhabits the thick and gloomy jungles of its home planet. Living most of its life in complete darkness, it has developed a bioluminescence capacity in its skin that allows it to communicate with other congeners and camouflage itself in its environment, made up of giant plants and fungi capable of also generating their own light.
In case its cloaking technique doesn't work, it has tough rhinoceros-like skin and various accumulations of fat spread all over its body to mitigate predator attacks.
They live a lonely life and only come together to mate. Females take care of their young until they are adults.
Finally, highlight the small trunk they have, very useful to find and manipulate their food, in addition to having beak-shaped incisor teeth perfect for splitting fruits, and a long and strong tongue like that of giraffes.
Its name comes from "Ouranosaurus" a dinosaur that existed on our earth with a very similar spine.
