Guacato

This omnivore inhabits extensive meadows which travel in large herds, jumping up to 15 meters thanks to its long and muscular legs, in a way very similar to how terrestrial kangaroos do. 
These jumps are possible thanks to the reduced gravity of their home planet.
They feed mainly on grass, but their preferred food is a species of termite. They use their flexible trunk to attack their nests and reach them.
If its big jumps aren't enough, the spike protection that runs almost its entire body deters most of its predators.
